Oxagile’s differentiators

Coaching Zone. To start a new engagement, a Coaching Administrator connects the client with the most appropriate coach and specifies the required coaching program. (It’s also possible to organize group learning and add multiple coaches.) The resulting Coaching Zone account is a single working space for all coaches and clients involved in the engagement.

From there, they can use a shared calendar to conveniently schedule sessions and export meetings to Outlook, use the videoconferencing feature for instant face-to-face coaching, seamlessly upload and share files, chat one-on-one or in a group, and access a library of private and shared documents.

Customizable surveys. The custom survey module assists in creating and sending out surveys tailored to a particular program or engagement. The Coaching Administrator can apply filters to existing surveys and send reminders to those who failed to complete the survey. Based on this feedback, the solution calculates coach and program Net Promoter Score.

Data center. This module enables organizations to visualize the impact of their coaching investments in real time. HR professionals can utilize advanced analytics to assess coaching KPIs (such as staff morale and reduced turnover), estimate coaching ROI, and generate aggregate reports that can be exported to Excel for further analysis.

Security. Considering the confidential nature of executive coaching, Oxagile paid special attention to system security during the development. Some of the implemented security best practices included password and chat encryption, elimination of XSS vulnerabilities, and regular security auditing.

Business value

Thanks to clear-cut requirements prioritization early in the project, all business objectives were successfully achieved. The client received enterprise learning management platform with an abundance of features for every type of user, be it a talent manager responsible for the top management’s training or an executive looking to increase their department’s efficiency.

The client recognized the team for their accessibility, work ethic, robust processes, flexibility, and overall product quality.

The rollout of the new SaaS platform helped open up a new revenue channel and greatly boost AIIR’s service offering to its Fortune 500 clientele. Building on this success, Oxagile will continue to work on the project to provide more value via new features and enhancements.
