He should posses technical, managerial and creative skills.

System Architect

Designer – a creative person who is responsible for product look-and-feel taking into account customer’s requirements.     Professional software development team consist these 6 members and every one have some roles and responsibilities. According to me for maintaining a well software development team, collaboration is the main key for success.

    Every member of a team contributes a very important role for the success of the project. Sometimes, it is inevitable that some roles will overlap with another. Giving them their job descriptions and clarifying the goal of the project will prevent issues in the future.
