Real Estate Management System

The client is an independent software vendor based in Netherlands.

The customer’s request is to develop a CRM application that will help real estate owners to manage their properties and clients through web-based user interface. This web application is based on existing Paradox solution and has the following architecture: a web client using GWT and a server using Hibernate for database connection. Eventually the system will include such features as contract management module, phone calls management solution, billing subsystem, advanced reporting option, corporate employee management module etc.
