Customer Care Solution Project overview

The project development is outsourced by Hewlett Packard © Russia where the end client is a large GSM operator.

The GSM operator’s request is to create an automated customer care system aimed to improve efficiency of its client’s management and services due to its processes automation. The solution designed by Oxagile consists of three modules: 1) Unified customer care - web application for employees to manage customers; 2) Point of sale – web application for distributors to promote and conduct mobile services; 3) Sales care – online tool that allows customers themselves configure their settings.
