Online Auction and Tender Portal

Customer is a national Belorussian organization cooperated with Belarusian Ministry of trade and Ministry of taxes and duties.

Project goal was to develop an online portal which allowed to manage purchases at national level: organize tenders and auctions, manage contracts and other commercial documentation, validate tender participants.

Oxagile software development team created the first version for the online portal with a user-friendly design, intuitively understandable features and all core infrastructures needed to create, hold and manage national tenders and auctions online.

The online auctions and tender portal provided its users with the following capabilities:

• Create conditions in admin part that all tender and auction participants should meet.
• Manage commercial documentation: contracts, agreements and so on in different formats to correspond with the new law.
• Validate all auction and tender documentation to follow the templates and standards of the new state law.
• Validate state and national organizations as valid tender and auction participants.
• Support Ministry of Taxes and Duties and Municipal Executive Committee databases API verification requests.
• Setup and manage auction or tender process.
• View full auction or tender statistics.
• Support full infrastructure for goods categorizing.
• Manage personal advertising online.
• Manage e-mailing campaigns and distributions.
• Manage portal news and publications.

Thanks to the variety and quality of features that Oxagile managed to accomplish in a very short time, the first version of the system was successfully accepted by customer and represented in the state parliament.
