Oxagile is a fast growing and successful offshore software outsourcing company that applies creative approach in tackling challenging IT tasks. Our ultimate goal here is to exceed our customers' expectations and to establish mutually beneficial long-term cooperation.

In 2005, Oxagile as a self-standing division derived from one of the divisions of BelHard, a large software development company in Belarus, and it comprised 20 employees. At that time both divisions were working on Oxagile's first job, ordered by a prominent IT manufacturer who challenged us with a project in the field of company finance. The end-product was an Internet based financial flow management system which is now used by a number of banks and large corporations.

Oxagile was organized by a couple of purposeful project managers who proved their maturity and reliability and were therefore given more freedom in exploring new markets and taking independent decisions.

After successful completion of the first project, Oxagile went on offering custom software development services as a self-standing company within BelHard holding.

Now Oxagile has a team of 100 specialists, who are engaged in custom software development, software technical support and legacy system migration, and can apply their expertise in a wide range of industries, from Finance and Banking to Internet Advertising and IPTV.

Oxagile has successfully accomplished more than 20 projects so far, half of which can be characterized as complex, labor-intensive, and security sensitive.
