CEO

He is the one responsible for clear understanding of customers' needs, and therefore for their satisfaction with the result of the offshore outsourcing project. Besides, he coordinates our work, prioritizes and distributes general tasks which are then handled by managers, and monitors their completion. He is an inspiring leader too.

HR Manager

She is a shrewd lady who thoroughly scrutinizes candidates to be engaged in offshore outsourcing processes not only according to their professional skills but also to their interests, personal goals and motivation.

Besides, she is responsible for staff further training, and professional as well as cultural development. She regularly organizes seminars and trainings, inviting the best educators in the field. She has also contributed a lot to the forming of Oxagile's corporate culture which presupposes acknowledgment of each employee as a bright individual and is conducive to realization of all our aspirations and potential.

Project Managers

Our project managers are highly valued by our whole team for setting clear tasks and boosting our productivity by means of positive management and constructive criticism. They combine sound administrative capability, technological skills and attention to detail. Their professional administration adds more perfection to Oxagile's custom software development services.

Business Analytics Team

Our business analysts have profound expertise in both economic and technological sides of software development process. QA Team

Our QA team operates independently from development team and project managers, and is responsible only to the program and product managers. Independent QA leads to more thorough, strict and accurate quality control and therefore to higher quality of the end product.

Our QA team takes meticulous approach to the whole process of quality assurance process, and especially testing - from detailed planning of all testing stages and writing test cases to maintaining automatic test tools. Automatic test tools provide uninterrupted nightly testing and installation of builds, which significantly reduces time and resources needed for testing.
For some projects with a large time zone difference between Oxagile and a customer Oxagile practices the so called method of Distributed Testing. Our QA team conducts testing and passes its duties to the onsite QA team at the end of the shift, and vice versa.

Technical Support and Maintenance Team
